“Our dream is to connect communities and bring people together who are struggling with loneliness and poor mental health.”

Josephine Oboh-Macleod, Founder, JOM Charity

We are a charity organisation with a goal to combat the loneliness and isolation faced by both the youth and the elderly using art, wellbeing and other mental health enhancing activities.

Our objective is to inspire the affected individuals across generations such as the isolated youth and elderly to participate in activities that alleviate their wellbeing and ultimately put an end to the live style of loneliness and isolation. By doing so we aim to make our communities a better place for everyone.

JOM Charity (SCIO) is committed to providing resources for emotional well-being and healthy relationships that are essential for everyone, especially for underprivileged communities in Scotland. We aim to provide a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space for all our participants during our workshops & activities.

We collaborate with mental health professionals and organisations serving underprivileged communities in Glasgow, Scotland, to ensure that our workshops and activities are accessible to all.
